We were founded in 2019 in Palo Alto, California, by Israel Niezen and co-founding advisor Dr. Andrew Ng. We provide data science, machine learning, and AI engineering services, helping organizations build and scale their data science, machine learning, data engineering, and data analytics teams. We are backed by Andrew Ng’s AI Fund and deeplearning.ai.

We offer services through three models: Embedded Talent, where our engineers integrate into client teams and are managed by client stakeholders; AI & Data Pods, which are solutions we design, manage, and scale; and Advisory in AI, ML, and Data, where we provide access to our engineers for strategic discussions, guidance, analysis, and solutions for specific challenges.

We focus on vetting and specializing talent through skill assessments and accelerator programs. Our engineers are vetted, educated, and mentored by educators and engineers from Silicon Valley, Stanford University, and deeplearning.ai. We cover U.S. time zones and help clients build intellectual property that belongs to them. We have worked with Fortune 500 organizations. Our specialties include Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. We also publish industry research at conferences like NeurIPS and ICML, and share our practices through an engineering blog.
