We started Fairing (formerly EnquireLabs) in 2020 to help e-commerce brands measure marketing performance with in-moment attribution surveys. Our platform uses zero-party data for marketing attribution, segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
We follow a four-step process: implement, capture, analyze, and integrate. For implementation, we deploy surveys across platforms like Shopify (with one-click post-purchase surveys), custom B2B applications, and Google Tag Manager. In the capture phase, our attribution surveys include intelligent response validation and follow-ups, often achieving 80% response rates for post-conversion surveys. We then analyze by combining attribution responses with behavioral data to show channel performance and validate marketing spend. Finally, our integration ensures survey data syncs directly with data warehouses, analytics tools, and marketing platforms such as TikTok, Klaviyo, Meta, GA4, Google Sheets, and Segment. This approach helps us provide accurate, privacy-safe attribution data, moving beyond clickstream and cookie-based methods.
