Founded in Chicago in 2012, we are a nutrition company that makes dairy products. As a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company, we produce lactose-free, ultra-filtered dairy products. Our products include fairlife® ultra-filtered milk, Core Power® High Protein Shakes (a sports recovery drink), and fairlife® nutrition plan™ (a nutrition shake). fairlife® ultra-filtered milk has 50% more protein and 50% less sugar than regular milk.
Our process starts with milk, which is quick-chilled to 37° F. We then ultra-filter the milk through special soft filters to concentrate protein and calcium and filter out most of the sugar. We primarily operate in the food and beverage industry.
