Who we are looking for
We are looking for a creative and versatile designer in Germany to join our marketing team and help shape the future of FAIRTIQ’s brand. You are passionate about visual storytelling and thrive at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy. With a keen eye for detail, you enjoy transforming ideas into engaging content that connects with people across channels.
You bring a blend of traditional design expertise and modern AI-powered creativity, and you’re comfortable balancing big-picture branding with hands-on content creation. You are also curious and proactive, staying ahead of design, technology, and cultural trends to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and inspiring.

Role & Duties
- Develop graphic designs, illustrations, and motion assets for B2C (and B2P) campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create and adapt visual content (social media posts, ads, website visuals, landing pages, video assets, etc.) aligned with FAIRTIQ’s brand strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and optimize visual concepts and assets.
- Support and evolve brand identity guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team, using tools like Frontify.
- Design and maintain marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, reports, etc.).
- Contribute to app and website design and user experience improvements in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Work on motion graphics, video edits, and animations for digital campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage freelancers (designers, videographers, illustrators, etc.) when external support is needed.
- Capture and edit photography or video content when required (strong plus, not mandatory).
You bring
- 3+ years of professional experience in design, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Frontify or similar brand management tools.
- Ability to create motion design and video content.
- Solid knowledge of branding strategies and how to translate them into visuals.
- Experience in website design (basic UX/UI understanding is a plus).
- Interest and experience in AI visual content creation tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway).
- Photography/videography skills are a big plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being an active contributor to a dynamic team.
