As a Merchandising Operations Execution Coordinator on our hybrid Sportsbook & Flywheel Operations Team, you’ll be at the center of FanDuel’s most dynamic operations. This role combines the fast-paced world of Sportsbook Execution with the strategic merchandising and creativity of operating our Flywheel products, requiring exceptional sports knowledge, unwavering attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt on the fly to our 247 sporting calendar.

Your primary focus will revolve around the efficient and seamless execution of day-to-day live operations across the Merchandising Operations Team, while supporting key initiatives across our full suite of products – Sportsbook, Parlay Module, Picks, Prediction Markets, Free-to-Play & Daily Fantasy Sports. You will be instrumental in the continued success of our site and a key member of the FanDuel Team.

This position operates on sporting event time schedules with frequent evening and night shifts (sometimes until 11:30pm EST) depending on the day - making it ideal for West Coast candidates who can embrace flexible hours while sports action unfolds. We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of professional and college sports leagues & betting markets, combined with the ability to learn in-house systems quickly. You must be able to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and commit yourself to delivering the best experience to our customers.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Execute real-time Sportsbook operational changes and adjustments based on in-house data & analytics.
  • Create, manage and optimize content + contests on our owned & operated platforms, including, but not limited to: Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy Sports, Picks, Free-to-Play, Prediction Markets, Parlay Module.
  • Assist in creating SGPs & Parlays for the Popular Parlay Module on the Sportsbook Home Page, leveraging sports & betting knowledge to identify and capitalize on real-time events and narratives happening in sports.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Assist the team in defining formats & rules for upcoming DFS sport seasons.
  • Monitor betting markets and implement strategic merchandising decisions.
  • Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and support operational growth.
  • Operate, Create & Score games on our Free-To-Play platform.

The applicable [salary] / [hourly] range for this position is $24.52 - $30.77 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
