This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading HRIS (Sage People), working closely with senior HR stakeholders and supporting real-time business needs. You will be involved in meaningful projects such as reporting for leadership, system updates linked to organisational changes, and supporting HR operations across international teams. With a short-term contract and immediate start, this is ideal for someone looking to build practical experience quickly while contributing from day one in a collaborative and supportive team.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model, with full-time office attendance required during the initial training and onboarding period.
Your key responsibilities as an HR System Support Administrator will include:
- Producing regular HR reporting dashboards using HR datasets to support decision-making
- Responding to ad hoc data analysis requests from senior HR stakeholders and leadership
- Supporting data integrity and reporting requirements within Sage People
- Managing system updates and mass data uploads related to organisational changes and M&A activity
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR system and process queries
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR System Support Administrator:
- You will have 1–2 years’ experience in a system support or HRIS support role, handling user queries
- You will have hands-on systems experience with Sage People or Salesforce
- You will be confident in creating, analysing, and presenting data to stakeholders
- You will have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to an advanced level
- You will ideally have experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
