As a Technical Configuration Specialist / Technical Implementation Consultant, you will translate client requirements into precise technical system configurations and implement them directly within our platform’s underlying data structures. Based in Frankfurt a.M. with hybrid working, this role suits someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, clear ownership, and delivering stable, traceable solutions from requirement through to go-live. You will work closely with Engineering & Data Management and collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure each configuration is technically sound, consistent across environments, and ready for production.
Your key responsibilities as an Technical Configuration Specialist / Technical Implementation Consultant will include:
• Implement customised client requirements through complex system configurations within our platform.
• Maintain and adapt configurations directly at the data model / database level.
• Analyse existing configurations and develop structured improvements to strengthen stability, consistency, and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and propose alternatives when needed.
• Test and validate configurations thoroughly before go-live.
• Build strong understanding of client processes and map them accurately into technical configurations.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Technical Configuration Specialist / Technical Implementation Consultant:
• You have a strong technical understanding of data structures, systems, and logical frameworks.
• You have experience working with databases and structured data and can work confidently at data-level configuration.
• You can translate requirements into structured technical implementation with attention to detail.
• You have experience implementing complex configurations in a reliable, methodical way.
• You communicate clearly across business and technical stakeholders and take a solution-oriented approach.
