Founded in 2013 by CEO Jake Miller, we’re based in San Francisco, California. Our goal is to help you brew great coffee at home with equipment that brings specialty coffee standards to your everyday routine.

We make and sell a range of coffee products including kettles (like the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle and Stagg Pour-Over Kettle), grinders (such as the Ode Brew Grinder and Opus Conical Burr Grinder), French presses (including the Clara French Press), and mugs (like the Carter Move Mug). The Duo Coffee Steeper was one of our early products.

Beyond equipment, we also offer a seasonal selection of exclusive, limited-release coffees sourced from roasters worldwide. Our products have won several awards, including from the Specialty Coffee Association, Red Dot Design, and Dezeen.

You can visit us at our flagship store in San Francisco’s Mission District or our second location in Venice, Los Angeles.

Fellow has a team of 51-200 employees, made up of coffee lovers, designers, and tinkerers. While most are based in San Francisco, team members are also located across the U.S. and globally.

The work environment emphasizes collaboration, fast-paced creativity, and a shared passion for coffee culture. It’s a supportive and inclusive setting where diversity, equity, and inclusion are actively promoted.

Fellow’s physical locations in San Francisco and Los Angeles are designed as community spaces. Here, people can explore coffee, brew, share tips, attend classes, or discuss coffee. Some roles, like Senior Copywriting Manager, are hybrid, requiring four days a week in the San Francisco office.
