About the Role
- Support the end-to-end revenue operations process, from data collection to reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze key revenue metrics and identify trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the company’s internal processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against KPIs.
- Assist in the implementation of tools and systems to enhance revenue efficiency.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
About You
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree)
- 3 years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with CRM such as Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail
- A high level of English is required
