We started Finch in 2020 to provide a Unified API for integrating with HRIS and payroll systems. We’ve raised over $62 million in Series B funding from investors including Menlo Ventures, General Catalyst, QED, Intuit Ventures, and Y Combinator.

Our platform connects to over 220 systems. It standardizes data into one format, which simplifies employer onboarding. We offer access to organization-level data, including company and bank information, active employee directories, employment, and demographic data. We also provide payroll data such as reports, employee paystubs, and pay groups. We support modifying contributions and deductions for benefits like 401(k) and S125 plans, and can extract data from tax documents like W-4 forms.

Our clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, using our service for employee benefits, B2B fintech, 401(k) & retirement, insurance, HR technology, and tax & compliance. We prioritize data security, following enterprise-grade compliance standards and encryption protocols. Our platform connects 50,000 employers and has synced 14 million employee records. We maintain over 99.9% platform uptime and offer ²⁴⁄₇ on-call monitoring.
