We offer a virtual-first healthcare experience that combines primary care, specialty care, and plan coverage, including an employer-sponsored health plan with comprehensive care. Our integrated care model provides members with a team of clinicians for personalized support. We aim to offer expert guidance for navigating the healthcare system and reduce costs for our members and plan sponsors. Members can manage their health through our app, scheduling appointments, messaging care teams, and accessing claims. While we encourage using us as your primary care provider (PCP) β it’s included at no cost with the health plan β it’s not required. For urgent care, members should message their care team through the app. We typically respond within 30 minutes on weekdays (7 AM - 7 PM) or within an hour after hours. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. We started with a virtual-first primary care approach in 2017. Later, we partnered with a network of providers for virtual, in-person, and at-home care, and established our own health plan to negotiate with providers. Our roles include Care Guides, who manage patient connections and coordinate care, and Senior Software Engineers, who develop mobile and web applications and APIs using technologies like React, React Native, Typescript, Python, Django, Postgres, Docker, and AWS. Our members have shown higher screening rates: 13% higher for breast cancer, 24% higher for colorectal cancer, and 82% higher for depression. These numbers are based on eligible 2024 plan year members compared to HEDIS Commercial PPO benchmarks.
