We combine health insurance plans, virtual-first primary care, and care navigation services, integrating them into one system instead of the traditional fragmented approach. We help employers manage healthcare costs without cutting benefits, give brokers tools for plan management, and support our members.

Our main product, Sana Care, is a virtual primary care service. It gives members unlimited access to personalized medical guidance, care coordination, and an easy-to-use benefits platform. We offer nationwide health coverage with access to over 1.2 million providers across the U.S. We also provide out-of-network flexibility with no out-of-network fees. Our pricing is transparent, and our level-funded plans offer predictable costs and potential savings. All our plans include prescription coverage.

We were founded in 2017 and have raised $107 million in funding. Our headquarters are in Austin, TX, and we have grown to over 160 employees. We serve more than 30,000 members and have saved over $320 million in medical billing. We serve small businesses with at least 2 enrolled employees in AL, AZ, CO, DE, IL, IN, IA, KY, MD, MI, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA, and WI.
