Job Description

As our Marketing Manager - Social, Content, PR you will take Flip’s social presence and content to the next level. You will own our corporate channels and create stories that matter together with our customers, partners, and thought leaders. You will make Flip visible as the #1 AI Employee Experience Platform for the frontline and support our demand generation engine with engaging, high-quality content.

What awaits you with us

  • Own and manage Flip’s social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube, while also exploring additional channels (e.g. Xing, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit)
  • Run and develop our employee advocacy program via Oktopost to amplify the voices of our Flipsters
  • Be the ‘voice of Flip’ in online communities - respond to comments and engage in conversations
  • Create and publish engaging content: From posts to short videos to simple visuals/snippets (with support from our Designer for complex assets)
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with customers and thought leaders from our network and transform them into inspiring content pieces
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify stories, amplify customer voices, and align content with business priorities
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to develop compelling, customer-driven content. You’ll tailor and adapt it for different platforms to speak directly to our audience
  • Report on performance and optimise for reach, engagement, and channel growth

What you bring to the table

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or communications (ideally in B2B SaaS or tech environment)
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in German and English (native-level German required)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and ideally Oktopost or other employee advocacy tools
  • Creativity and the ability to create simple visuals/snippets yourself (tools like Figma, Canva, or similar)
  • Curiosity and confidence to conduct interviews with senior leaders and customers
  • Self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A data-driven mindset: you want to measure and improve what you do
  • Editorial and PR experience are a plus
