As a Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across a portfolio of Bus Partners and routes within your region. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, punctuality, and customer experience standards while supporting partners in their daily operations and long-term development.
This is a highly operational role combining team and stakeholder management, field work, operational performance management and project execution.
About the Role
- Manage Bus Partners and routes, ensuring operational performance and full compliance with safety, punctuality, quality, and customer‑experience standards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Bus Partners, acting as their main operational contact and monitoring KPIs with corresponding improvement actions
- Conduct vehicle, driver, and operational inspections, ensuring follow‑up on corrective actions and delivering operational trainings to support partner and driver development
- Lead and support operational projects and process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Support crisis management, operational disruptions, and incident resolution together with internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperate with cross‑functional teams and provide regular reporting on operational performance, risks, and key insights
- Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring clear priorities, performance management, and ongoing professional development
About You
Fluent Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken is a must
Experience in operations, transport, logistics, or a similar operational environment
Proven experience managing external partners and strong stakeholder‑management skills
Willingness to travel within the region and across Europe when legally permitted
Experience in passenger transport operations (nice to have)
Experience leading or mentoring team members (nice to have)
Knowledge of a Caucasian language (nice to have)
