FlowX.AI is an engine for the next generation of cognitive enterprise systems. Our AI-native development platform helps banking, insurance companies easily build and deploy AI Agents and AI-enabled mission critical systems. Everything built on FlowX.AI is by default scalable, secure, has proper governance, and plugs in easily into existing legacy systems.

Mission

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and position our solutions as a fit for their needs.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of our go-to-market strategy.

What you will do on a daily basis

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and fit with our solution.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the sales team (Account Executives).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, ensuring a predictable and high-quality sales pipeline.
