We founded Fluency in 2017 to build a digital advertising operating system. Our platform centralizes and scales complex paid media portfolios across various channels, including walled gardens and the open web. We combine automation with secure AI to manage campaigns, optimize in real-time, automate budgets, and analyze portfolios. Our system helps agencies, brands, and media companies improve scalability, save time, operate more efficiently, and increase profitability. We use robotic process automation to connect key data sources like CRM and DAM, integrate data, and optimize media plans. Our multichannel management allows users to control platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, and programmatic media, all from one place. We offer features such as building localized content and creatives, managing budgets to prevent overspending or underspending, and providing customizable reports and insights. Our system monitors portfolios 24⁄7, analyzes performance, and automatically creates and distributes reports. It also supports running omnichannel campaigns directly from data sources, linking creative and campaign execution, and simplifying collaboration with local clients. We manage nearly $3 billion in annual media spend and raised $40 million in Series A funding in December 2025.
