About the role
As an Atlassian Consultant focused on Service Management, you help organizations design and improve their service management ecosystem using Jira Service Management and related Atlassian tools.
You work with a variety of clients, ranging from growing organizations to large enterprises that want to modernize their service delivery.
Your work often begins with understanding how services currently operate:
- How incidents are handled
- How service requests flow through the organization
- How knowledge is shared
- How teams collaborate across IT and business units
From there, you help design service management solutions that support clear processes, strong governance, and scalable service delivery.You will guide clients through the implementation of service management platforms, define workflows and service catalogs, configure SLA tracking, and ensure teams have the visibility they need to manage services effectively.
In many cases, you also help organizations mature their service management practices — introducing better incident management, change management, problem management, and service request processes.
Your goal is to help teams deliver services more efficiently, improve user experience, and create sustainable service management frameworks.
About you:
You’re a problem solver who thrives on helping others work better. You enjoy translating complexity into clarity and take pride in delivering practical, future-proof solutions. You’re comfortable with both the technical and human side of change, and you know that the best outcomes come from strong partnerships.
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Have solid experience working with Jira and Confluence (Cloud or DC)
- Han analyze workflows and design effective configurations
- Are comfortable leading projects and engaging with decision-makers
- Speak Dutch fluently, and you can work in English with international colleagues and clients
- Enjoy learning, improving, and sharing your knowledge
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo, Forge, or scripting
- Hold certifications in Atlassian, ITIL, SAFe, or project management
- Have a strong interest in process improvement or change management
