ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented junior/middle specialist to support currency exposure management processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills and an interest in financial operations, payments, and currency markets.
You will work with internal financial data, monitor multi-currency positions, and support operational hedging activities that help the company manage exchange rate risk.
This is not a speculative trading role - it is a structured, process-driven operational position.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Currency position monitoring: track the company’s exposure across multiple currencies
- Assist in calculating net currency positions
- Help maintain accurate internal reports on currency balances
- Support execution of routine FX buy/sell transactions under supervision
- Follow established procedures for managing currency exposure
- Help ensure timely updates of FX-related data
- Help identify mismatches between incoming and outgoing currency flows
- Support improvements in reporting and process accuracy
- Work closely with Treasury, Finance, and Reconciliation teams to ensure data consistency and smooth coordination of currency-related processes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- At least 1 year of experience in finance, payments, accounting, analytics, or similar numerical roles
- Strong comfort working with numbers and calculations
- At least intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
- Basic understanding of exchange rates and currency conversion is a big plus
- Exposure to financial markets, payments, or fintech environments
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible and reliable working style
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Fluent russian and working-level English
