This role is structured for professionals experienced in industrial or automotive supply chains where production stability and supplier reliability are central.
We are partnering with an international industrial manufacturing group to expand its US contract manufacturing services within automotive and advanced industrial markets. The focus is on precision welding and engineered metal components in low-volume, high-precision production environments.
The position emphasizes market development, structured RFQ-driven sales, and long-term customer partnerships.
This role is remote within the United States with 40β60% travel across a predominantly US-wide territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new automotive and industrial customer accounts
Lead consultative RFQ-based sales cycles
Review technical documentation and production requirements
Align manufacturing capabilities with customer planning cycles
Support long-term supplier integration and repeat business
Ideal Background
Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing sales
Background in fabrication, contract manufacturing, or precision components
Familiarity with supplier qualification and production environments
Relationship-driven B2B sales experience
Stable career history preferred
Engineering background is a plus, not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $105,000β$125,000
Approximately 30% performance-based variable compensation
