Founded in 2020, Nova is a professional network for the Technology, Information, and Internet industries. We connect talented individuals globally. Access is merit-based and requires a rigorous selection process.

We connect over 25,000 individuals in more than 80 countries across various industries and functions, including sales, marketing, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, and software. We offer several tools and services to our members. Our Gravity® matchmaking engine regularly introduces members for professional connections. Our Mentoring program connects mentors and mentees.

Members can join peer-groups and micro-communities organized by industry, interests, or location, covering areas like Sales & Business Development, Product, Investments, CEOs & Entrepreneurs, Legal Services, Data & AI, Software Engineering, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Human Resources. We host exclusive events and provide access to a job board and development programs. We also produce the “Nova Podcast: Stories behind Top Talent.”

Applying for membership involves sharing personal information, a LinkedIn profile, optional references, a critical thinking test, and a video interview. We typically provide decisions within 5 to 15 days. Membership options include yearly and lifetime plans. We offer special pricing for students or young professionals under 26, and employers can sponsor memberships.

Beyond our network, we act as a boutique recruiting firm, sourcing talent for early-stage SaaS startups across EPD, GTM, and G&A domains, including technical and product design roles.
