Job Description
A growing international advanced manufacturing group is expanding its U.S. contract manufacturing business and is seeking a Technical Sales professional experienced in RFQ-driven industrial manufacturing environments.
This role focuses on winning and developing production programs — not capital equipment sales.
You will work directly with OEM engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to secure new build-to-print manufacturing projects across aerospace, defense, energy, semiconductor, medical, and advanced industrial markets.
What You Will Actually Do
Develop and manage an active RFQ pipeline
Identify outsourcing opportunities within OEM manufacturing organizations
Review drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing requirements
Coordinate quotation development with engineering teams
Drive new program wins from qualification through contract award
Transition awarded projects into production execution
Build long-term supply relationships with key manufacturing customers
Ideal Background
Technical sales within contract manufacturing
Precision machining, fabrication, welding, or advanced processing services
Experience managing RFQs and build-to-print programs
Comfortable working with engineering & sourcing teams
Long-cycle industrial B2B sales experience

Base: $105K–$125K
- ~30% performance bonus
