We are an independent CPA and business advisory firm, founded in 1959, with offices in South Burlington, Vermont; Lebanon, New Hampshire; and Ahmedabad, India.

We work with a diverse client base, primarily privately held companies (including those with varied ownership structures and private equity groups) and non-profit organizations. Our clients range from start-ups to those with over $450 million in revenue. We have over 90 full-time professionals.
