If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to the final stage of our selection process: a live hackathon on June 16 – 17, from 10:00 to 17:00, in our studio. This is where you’ll get to show your skills in action, and where we’ll select the final interns joining our team. You’ll be working in cross-functional teams to engineer a gaming platform from scratch. It’s a real studio environment where you get to brainstorm, debate, and build side-by-side, supported by our mentors.

Job Description
General Information
- Paid internship: 965 EUR Gross -> approx. 568 EUR Net (full-time schedule)
- Work Model: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days work from home)
- Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours/day or Part-time, 4 hours/day (based on your availability)
- Internship Duration: 3 or 6 months (based on your availability)
- Estimated Start Date: July
Role Purpose
The intern will contribute to the development of an eCommerce platform by working on real features, integrations and system improvements. They will support the team by implementing functionality, fixing bugs, and helping enhance platform performance and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of internal tools, APIs and services
- Write clean, maintainable code with team guidance and clearly document the work
- Contribute independently and take ownership of small-scale tasks or prototypes
- Participate in discussions on design, technology choices, and experimentation with new ideas
What You Will Learn
- Work on a real commercial product within a cross-functional team
- Gain hands-on experience with backend and/or frontend development in a production environment
- Learn how to design, build, and maintain internal tools and APIs
- Understand how eCommerce systems, payments, and integrations work
- Improve collaboration skills using modern development workflows (Git, code reviews, task tracking)
Qualifications
Candidate Profile – Must Have
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar)
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue)
- Basic proficiency in AI tools (e.g., code assistants, prompt-based tools, or workflow enhancers)
- Exposure to version control systems (Git)
- Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when facing unfamiliar problems
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Required Knowledge / Tools
- Git (GitHub / GitLab)
- Jira or similar task management tools
- Basic IDEs (VS Code or similar)
- Postman or similar API testing tools
