We started in 2008 and are part of Learning Technologies Group (LTG). We offer a learning management system (LMS) and performance platform that combines training, skills development, employee development, and performance management. Our goal is to make corporate training simple, effective, and trackable, helping organizations develop their employees and partners.
Our main products include a user-friendly LMS for creating, delivering, and reporting on courses. We go beyond typical LMS features with AI-powered skills management tools. These tools help create skills taxonomies, measure skill coverage, identify gaps using analytics and peer feedback, and promote growth through personalized development plans. Employees can see potential career paths, find relevant learning, and connect with mentors through skills communities. We also offer AI-generated course summaries for smarter skill tagging and recommendations. Our platform includes 150 ready-made Skillsoft courses, each tagged with relevant skills.
Our platform is SCORM-compliant. We help with compliance training, onboarding, and manager training through customized programs and skills feedback. We integrate with many HRIS platforms, content providers (like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and Khan Academy), single sign-on authenticators, and asset management tools. Our customers include NHS, Domino’s, and Cresco Labs.
We have over 200 employees globally, with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah; Brighton, UK; Bangalore, India; and Budapest, Hungary. We are SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 certified. Our technology stack includes Java/Kotlin, Ruby, ReactJS, AWS, and tools like JIRA and DataDog.
