Job description
Title: Marketing Lead, Precision Care AI Solutions
Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing & Communications, Precision Care AI
Location: This role can be based remotely in the US or hybrid based out of our HQ in Bethesda, MD
Opportunity:
GW RhythmX (“GWRX”) is building the category-defining Precision Care AI platform for healthcare. We are seeking a Marketing Lead, Precision Care AI Solutions, who will operate as an AI-native growth leader—using modern AI tools, agentic workflows, and creative experimentation to drive significant, measurable sales pipeline and establish GW RhythmX as the undisputed thought leader in Precision Care AI.
This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, GTM execution, and customer value storytelling, working closely with Product, Sales, Clinical SMEs, and Customer Success. This is not a traditional marketing role. This role exists to outperform pre-AI marketing methods, radically increase speed and leverage through AI, and translate clinical-grade intelligence into market authority, demand creation, and revenue impact.
Success is measured by pipeline, influence, velocity, and category leadership, not marketing activity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute AI-first GTM programs that directly support pipeline creation and deal acceleration
- Partner with Sales to influence live deals through compelling narratives, executive-level value articulation, and clinical and financial proof points
- Own messaging and positioning that moves buyers from curiosity to conviction
- Establish GW RhythmX as a category leader in Precision Care AI
- Create authoritative narratives that resonate with health system executives, clinical leaders, and industry analysts and influencers
- Leverage AI to rapidly synthesize clinical outcomes, customer insights, and market trends into leadership content
- Translate advanced AI, agentic workflows, and clinical intelligence into clear, outcome-driven stories
- Articulate measurable value across clinical quality, access and throughput, financial performance, and clinician experience
- Ensure GW RhythmX messaging reflects enterprise credibility, speed-to-value, and real ROI
- Continuously test and refine new AI-enabled marketing approaches
- Build repeatable, scalable GTM playbooks that outperform legacy methods
- Work tightly with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Success teams
- Act as a connector between real-world outcomes and market perception
- Bring customer and market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing
- Experience in healthcare IT with a proven ability to translate technical or clinical concepts into compelling business value
- Experience supporting B2B enterprise sales motions and complex buyer ecosystems
- Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information, including but not limited to electronic protected health information (ePHI), protected health information (PHI), personally identifiable information (PII), and Get Well information based on data classifications in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, local, and international regulations.
Even Better:
- Hands-on use of AI tools to increase speed, quality, and leverage
- Experience marketing to health systems, providers, or payers
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, value-based care, or healthcare economics
- Builder mindset with a bias toward experimentation and outcomes
