Job description
We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our team for 10 weeks this summer (June 2nd to August 7th). As a Giant Spoon intern, you will be welcome to join any town halls, weekly updates, lunches and happy hours during the summer. As part of the program, we will also be offering a series of workshops and Q&As with craft leads to gain insights into the day to day of neighboring departments.
This team is based in the New York and Los Angeles offices and works in a hybrid fashion. We are looking for candidates who can join us in NYC or LA!
Responsibilities
- Take notes in internal reviews/meetings and communicate next steps for internal team members.
- Assist with preparing meeting agendas, recaps, and action-item trackers.
- Conduct light research or information gathering to support project needs.
- Attend project management meetings (statuses, creative reviews, strategy reviews, resourcing connects, project burn meetings)
- Support the project managers by collecting team members time in Harvest, contribute to logging and tracking hours.
- Organize and clean up internal materials and folders.
- Support the project managers with templatizing information and developing timelines in Asana.
- Gain exposure to the process of developing timelines, resourcing, cross-functional communication, and more.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $18.00-20.00. The rate is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
