We provide resources and support for parents raising children aged 0-18. Our focus is on addressing parenting and child behavior challenges by emphasizing the parent’s role and the child’s underlying behavior. We offer a membership that includes expert guidance from Dr. Becky, a clinical psychologist, #1 NYT bestselling author, TED speaker, and podcast host.

Our mobile app delivers age-based, personalized support designed for engagement in approximately 5 minutes a day. The app includes a chatbot for instant parenting questions and provides access to scripts, guides, workshops, and on-the-go audio content.

Members can also participate in exclusive live events with Dr. Becky and other experts, access a comprehensive parenting library, and engage in a private community moderated by our coaches. We provide tools for understanding child behavior, maintaining composure in difficult situations, and confirming that parenting efforts are on track.

Support covers popular topics such as baby basics, potty training, sleep, tantrums, listening, cooperation, and managing behaviors like hitting, kicking, and biting. Dr. Becky’s approach, “sturdy parenting,” emphasizes setting boundaries while maintaining connection with children. It’s supported by science, research, and real-life application.

Our methods include normalizing challenges, providing evidence-based guidance, and offering inclusive, non-judgmental support with a human-centered approach.

We have 51-200 employees. Our work environment is characterized by a culture of high ownership, high performance, and high collaboration. Many roles operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office. Some expert positions offer remote work and flexible hours. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes company equity and a 401k with a company match. Employees receive generous time off for recharging. Compensation packages vary by role, with annual salaries for full-time positions ranging from $100,000 to $240,000, and hourly rates of $80-$100 for part-time expert roles.
