Job description
Who We Are
Good Inside is redefining parenting - not as something that should “just come naturally,” but as a skill to learn and practice. Founded by Dr. Becky Kennedy and Dr. Erica Belsky, we combine sturdy leadership with innovative technology to give parents personalized guidance, AI-powered support, and a global community.
Our mission: help parents raise resilient, confident kids in a changing world. We’ve already reached millions, and we’re just getting started. We’re refining our product and expanding our reach to empower even more families.
We’re looking for bold, high-ownership problem-solvers who want to build something new, tackle big challenges, and be at the forefront of change.

- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with clarity and polish.
- Handle sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion, and complete confidentiality at all times.
Office & Culture Support
- Partner with the People/HR team on coordination needs such as onboarding logistics, record-keeping, and company-wide announcements.
- Support the execution of company events such as offsites, holiday gatherings, and volunteer initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture.
- Assist with internal communications and logistics that help keep teams aligned and informed.
- Provide general office and administrative support, including vendor coordination and day-to-day office operations.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, frequently changing schedules and priorities with clarity, calm, and strong follow-through.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism — trusted with confidential information and sensitive situations.
- Strong executive presence and emotional intelligence; able to stay composed, solution-oriented, and warm under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, move quickly, and take ownership in an evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion).
