In this role, you’ll collaborate with leading organizations and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and future-ready solutions. You’ll manage every stage of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, and delivery—while ensuring quality, alignment, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities and technologies:
As a Project Manager at ITQ, you will:
Lead and deliver infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, ensuring successful execution across time, budget, and quality constraints.
Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between clients, consultants, and partners.
Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee implementation activities related to modern data center and virtualization solutions (including SDDC and VMware technologies).
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages.
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, operations, and client leadership).
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimization, and innovation.
Your Background and Skills
You bring a solid foundation in IT project management combined with a genuine interest in technology transformation.
Proven experience leading infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud migration projects in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of data center concepts, virtualization, and modern IT architectures (exposure to VMware is an advantage, not a requirement).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to navigate between technical and business audiences.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.

You communicate effectively in French, Dutch and English and can act as a professional advisor to enterprise clients.

You are a native French or Dutch speaker and reside in Belgium.
