Overview
The Project Manager will support the implementation of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as part of a large-scale enterprise transformation program for a leading oil & gas organization. This role will lead day-to-day project execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery across design, build, test, and deployment phases. The ideal candidate brings strong Oracle CLM or Oracle Procurement/Contracts experience, a background in oil & gas environments, and a proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed programs. This is a remote, 6 months+ consulting role and candidates will work within MST and CST time zones. All qualified candidates must live in the United States and be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project management for the Oracle CLM implementation
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
Coordinate activities across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams
Manage vendors and system integrators, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
Track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; escalate when required
Support system design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
Ensure alignment with enterprise program governance, standards, and stage-gate requirements
Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans
Support data migration, integrations, and reporting workstreams as needed
Minimum of 5-7+ years of financial analysis, economic modeling, or deal valuation experience within an oil & gas and/or a CCUS-focused organization.
Hands-on experience with Oracle CLM implementation or Oracle Procurement/Contracts modules
Experience working within oil & gas or energy-sector environments
Proven experience partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO stakeholders
Strong project management experience across design, build, test, and deploy phases
Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and governance
Vendor and third-party management experience
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required; experience with probabilistic or economic modeling tools is a plus.
Bachelorβs degree in business or a related field

Compensation
For individuals assigned or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role will have an expected salary range of $130-150k. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
