The Opportunity
We are partnering with Idea Village to find their next high-impact, cross-brand role for a growth marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. You’ll own the growth funnel from acquisition to retention, across a portfolio of health & wellness DTC brands, working closely with brand managers, creative teams, and leadership to hit aggressive revenue targets.
What You’ll Own
Paid Media — Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google) campaigns across all 5 brands
Email & SMS Marketing — Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution (Klaviyo or equivalent), including flows, segmentation, and campaign calendars
Growth Strategy — Identify and test new acquisition channels, conversion levers, and retention tactics across the portfolio
Analytics & Reporting — Build dashboards and weekly performance reports; translate data into actionable insights for leadership
Budget Management — Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across brands, optimizing toward ROAS and CAC goals
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC or e-commerce
Proven track record managing paid social (Meta Ads Manager) and paid search (Google Ads)
Experience with email marketing platforms
Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Health, wellness, beauty, or CPG industry experience a plus
Self-starter mentality — you don’t wait to be told what to test next
Experience at a DTC brand accelerator, holding company, or agency managing multiple accounts
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tech stacks
Influencer or affiliate marketing experience
Knowledge of AI tools for marketing efficiency and content ideation
