Recruitment, On-boarding & Exit processing
Assists in end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to the post-interview process.
Monitors the progress of recruitment activities and liaises with respective Heads on progress.
Maintains and updates personnel files of all employees (permanent and contract).
Learning & Development
Supports the review of new and existing L&D programmes and calendars.
Coordinates the running of the company’s training programme.
Maintains training records for all employees.
Look for potential training providers who can deliver the training needed for the organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
Facilitate and administer various HR processes and procedures.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
Liaises with Insurer on medical coverage and policy.
Propose a flexi benefit that is relevant to the group of employees in the organization.
Admin
Record and maintain IT hardware.
Direct liaison with Vendors and Building Management.
Raise purchase orders when necessary.
Other accountabilities
- Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required.
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work at Surian Tower, Mutiara Damansara.
No working experience is required.
Internship for a duration of 6 month(s).
