To continue our growth, we are hiring new talents. If you want to spark the future of the automotive world, join us. As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Working Student to join our Benelux team as a Junior Sales Administrator.

The role

The Junior Sales Administrator role will cover a wide range of admin and analytical tasks, as it liaises with the Customer Success team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support with admin activities by managing databases and administrative systems to streamline daily workflows.
  • Analyzing data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Handling incoming queries.
  • Providing ad hoc support to team members on ad hoc tasks.

Our ideal Junior Sales Administrator will have a background in Automotive Management or Business, As well as:

  • An ambitious individual with a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is considered a significant advantage.
  • Ready to apply academic knowledge to a real-world SaaS environment.

Work pattern and location

  • Hours: Flexible schedule of one to two days per week.
  • Type: Working student / Internship
  • Hybrid work options available.
