WHAT YOU’LL DO

Step into a role where your insights drive the business forward.

As a Continent Business Controller, you will play a key role in shaping performance across our markets by turning data into clear actions, driving efficiency, and securing strong financial governance across the continent.

You will:

  • Consolidate the Continent P&L across channels and rolling forecasts, review performance, and share clear insights with Sales Markets and continent teams.
  • Translate performance insights into concrete action plans, set targets, and follow up with Sales Markets to improve sales, margin, cash flow and overall business performance.
  • Lead commercial and operational controlling across Sales Markets, helping create clarity on priorities, performance and follow-through in a matrix environment.
  • Drive efficiency across the continent, including areas such as OPEX control, inventory losses and logistics cost, while tracking initiatives and savings.
  • Work closely with merchandising, accounting and other partners to govern pricing, promotions, markdowns, stock and internal controls, protecting margin and securing strong financial discipline.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Head of Controlling (Continent) and be part of the Continent team for Europe in Amsterdam. The team works across diverse markets to drive sustainable, profitable growth by connecting global strategy with local execution and enabling Sales Markets to perform through strong insights, collaboration and financial discipline.

In this role, you will work closely with the new leadership team for Europe, Sales Market leadership teams, and key stakeholders across controlling, accounting, merchandising and broader continent teams, helping connect financial insight with commercial and operational decisions across the continent.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, FP&A, or sales planning.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in P&L consolidation and forecasting.
  • A strong track record within controlling, ideally from roles such as Controlling Manager, Central Controller, or Expansion Controller.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable guidance.
  • Experience with productivity, OPEX and cost control.
  • Good knowledge of planning and BI tools, such as Power BI, and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a high level of integrity in governance and compliance.
