​​ WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an E‑commerce Lead, you will contribute to digital commercial performance by planning and executing daily product exposure across .com and the app. You will ensure the online offer is visible, relevant, and aligned with commercial priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Greece consisting of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

You will:

  • Publish and update content on .com and the app according to the QCP and in alignment with the Marketing calendar.
  • Manage day‑to‑day product exposure and optimize ranking, deals, and discount activities based on commercial priorities and performance.
  • Use data‑driven insights to improve navigation, exposure tactics, internal search, and ranking to strengthen commercial outcomes.
  • Optimize internal search functionalities (e.g., synonyms, filtering logic) to improve discoverability.
  • Partner with Commercial Managers on campaigns, activations, and product strategies, ensuring alignment with customer group plans.
  • Collaborate with Experience Leads to secure a seamless end‑to‑end digital shopping journey across customer groups.
  • Support continuous improvement of digital performance by identifying opportunities, sharing learnings, and influencing smarter product exposure decisions.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As an E‑commerce Lead, you will collaborate daily with Commercial Managers, Experience Leads, E‑commerce Operations, Customer Activation, and Marketing teams. You will act as a connector between commercial plans, digital execution, and customer experience  making sure that exposure decisions, content, and performance routines are aligned across the Sales Market.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within fashion retail.
  • Strong knowledge of online visual merchandising, UX, and site optimization.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms and digital tools.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Athens, Greece . The E-com Lead reports to the Commercial Manager.
