Responsibilities:

  • Identify and activate opportunities to scale Halcyon’s market reach through participation in alliance-led marketing programs and flagship partner initiatives

  • Build strong relationships with alliance stakeholders and internal leadership to drive alignment and unlock new opportunities

Program Execution & Campaign Management

  • Drive integrated programs across digital campaigns, executive engagement moments, field activations, content, and partner communications

  • Own program execution end-to-end — including timelines, readiness, coordination, and performance tracking

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure consistency and impact

  • Support regional teams in activating joint programs through scalable campaign frameworks, tools, and partner-ready assets

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage co-marketing investments and MDF budgets to ensure programs are aligned to business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes

  • Monitor and communicate program effectiveness, including partner engagement, campaign adoption, and contribution to pipeline initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

Skills

  • Experience planning and managing co-marketing programs and investments with strategic alliances

  • Familiarity with the security market landscape and buyer personas.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.

  • Ability to position joint solutions and into clear market messaging

  • High degree of ownership, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment

  • Executive presence and confidence engaging senior internal and partner stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel up to ~20% based on business needs

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in alliance, partner, or ecosystem marketing within enterprise technology or cybersecurity

  • Experience supporting global technology alliances (cloud, infrastructure, or security ecosystems) preferred

  • Proven success building multi-channel regional and partner campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact

  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and campaign/event tools

Benefits:

Halcyon offers the following benefits to eligible employees:

  • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents.

  • Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans.

  • Medical and dependent care FSA options.

  • 401k plan with a generous employer contribution.

  • Flexible PTO policy.

  • Parental leave.

  • Generous equity offerings.

The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but are not limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offers, and equity awards.

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
