The role

Associate Director Global B2B: Strategic lead for the global B2B growth engine. Driving channel transformation through tech-led scaling and revenue growth across all HelloFresh markets.

As the Associate Director Global B2B, you will be a cornerstone of the Global Retail Media & B2B team based at our Amsterdam office. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Retail Media, you hold a critical mandate to scale our B2B Gift Card and Corporate Sales functions into a high-margin strategic pillar. You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Finance to elevate B2B into a primary growth lever for the group.

Your focus is to move the channel to a sophisticated, tech-enabled ecosystem. You will be the architect of our B2B channel vision and long term strategy, unlocking a high-margin revenue stream. You will lead the transition from reactive sales to a proactive, omnichannel B2B strategy aligned with our 2026 Group strategy.

You will…

  • Lead the B2B Channel transformation: Reconstruct the direct-to-corporate sales channel to support gift-with-purchase, employee benefits, and incentives.
  • Drive Global strategic partner expansion: Secure and manage global strategic partner contracts with major partners to unlock high-volume indirect sales channels.
  • Own Tech and Legal governance: Resolve current compliance gaps and lead the technical migration to ensure industry-standard gift card specifications.
  • Standardise Global Governance: Lead and mentor local B2B sales representatives across markets, ensuring global alignment and consistent execution standards.
  • Elevate Financial Performance: Own the B2B P&L globally. You will focus on revenue growth and achieving high-margin contribution targets.

You have…

  • Extensive B2B Expertise (7+ years preferred): Proven track record in B2B Gift Cards, incentive programs, or performance-driven direct sales.
  • Proven track record in strategic partnerships: Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Commercial Rigour: You understand the nuances of EBIT contribution, and VAT implications for gift card products.
  • Tech-savvy: Experience in leading tech integrations to improve our B2B business.
  • Expert Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence C-level executives and navigate a global-local matrix across a.o. US, UK, DACH, and BNL markets.
  • Master Communicator: You translate technical infrastructure needs into clear commercial value propositions for senior leadership and Tech.
  • Strategic Visionary: You can connect tactical execution to the broader organisation strategy to increase long-term customer lifecycle value. You also have the ability to evangelise our B2B business internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret (trend) reports, post campaign analysis and dashboards, to extrapolate insights and next steps.

Nice-to-have

  • Gift card industry or payment/finance background, especially experience within that from a brand perspective.
  • Experience in an eCommerce model environment or high-growth subscription business.
  • Knowledge of emerging B2B ad-tech trends and the gift card and incentives industry landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and automated pipeline management.
  • Understanding of Multi-Purpose Voucher (MPV) tax frameworks and their impact on EBIT.
