About the role: What’s in the Box

As a Senior Digital  Designer (all genders) you’ll be part of the Global Brand Team based in our Berlin studio (Moabit). You’ll elevate creative quality and output across our global design work. Also You’ll help grow team capabilities, strengthen collaboration, and act as a key link between Design as well as cross-functional partners including Product, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Insights. Reporting to the Design Lead, you’ll champion creativity that balances customer insight, business goals, and strong design trends. Bringing out the best in the design department you would thus contribute to the growth of our 6 brands across 18 markets.

Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term basis for max. 18 months (maternity cover).

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Create design systems and style guides based on brand CI while translating high level concepts to actionable work and creative guidelines.
• Ensure consistent brand implementation across all touchpoints while producing core brand assets.
• Drive visual innovation and create scalable design solutions across international markets.
• Lead and contribute on ATL campaigns including TV and OOH as well as performance advertising and social media campaigns and executions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments as well as external agencies within an agile environment.
• Ensure alignment of all creative work with brand strategy, values, and business objectives.
• Champion and drive continuous creative improvement efforts within the team.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• 7+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a strong plus) with a standout portfolio across ATL & BTL.
• Expert-level skills in Photoshop and Figma, plus experience with After Effects and other AI tools like Midjourney, or Veo.
• Strong foundation in typography, visual storytelling, and building design systems.
• Performance-driven mindset with sharp conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication as well as the ability to  collaborate, make decisions, and manage stakeholders in international environments.
• Experience establishing processes, working cross-functionally, and using project management tools like JIRA.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high creative standards.
