About HHAeXchange

We founded HHAeXchange in 2008 to provide homecare management software. We focus on the Medicaid LTSS (Long-Term Services and Supports) population, connecting providers, payers, and members through our web-based platform. We help improve operational efficiency, increase compliance, and enhance patient outcomes in homecare.

Our software assists personal care providers, self-direction program administrators, managed care organizations (MCOs), and state Medicaid agencies. We acquired Annkissam to expand our self-direction services, offering a comprehensive homecare management solution. Our platforms include Generations and Pavillio. We have been on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies for ten consecutive years.

We started as a five-person startup and have grown into a global organization with over 700 employees. We offer fully remote roles for candidates in EST or CST time zones in the US for certain positions.
