We’re a marketing platform for live event promoters, founded in 2014 and a Y Combinator S14 graduate. We help event promoters sell out by creating campaigns from ticketing data. Our custom-built solution automates campaigns, measures success, and helps sell tickets.
We use AI to understand audiences, events, and communication patterns, which helps guide marketing strategies and draft campaigns.
Our platform features a CRM for events. It provides detailed fan profiles, audience segmentation based on purchase behavior, and precise data filtering. We support email and SMS marketing for personalized messaging and automated campaigns. We integrate with over 10 major ticketing platforms, using ticket buyer data to streamline marketing.
We also offer comprehensive reporting, letting you track ticketing revenue, email performance (including open and click rates), SMS performance, and subscriber growth. We provide tools for launching contests to build subscriber lists, gather insights, and generate hype for events, and include Facebook pixel tracking for remarketing.
Since our founding, we became profitable in 2016. We launched our email marketing service in 2017 and our first ticketing integration in 2019. SMS marketing was added in 2021. By 2023, we supported 10 ticketing integrations and secured growth funding. By 2024, we had sent 5 billion emails for our customers and helped them generate over $500 million in ticket sales. Our customers have generated $699,182,368 in ticket sales to date. Our backend services use AWS, Python, and Django, and integrate with platforms like Ticketmaster and Shopify.
