We were founded in 2015 to provide professionally managed flexible lettings for short and mid-term rentals. We work with homeowners, landlords, multi-property owners, and property investors.
Our complete management service includes:
- Listing management: professional photography and publishing on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Google.
- Guest management: 24⁄7 guest support, check-in coordination, and guest screening.
- Property management: cleaning services, maintenance, and general property care.
We use our smart pricing strategy, OccuMax®, to optimize occupancy and revenue while complying with local regulations. Hosts get a digital dashboard to see their property’s performance, calendar, and financials.
We charge a commission, starting from 12% or 18% of rental revenue, depending on the property type and location.
Since 2015, we’ve managed over 11,650 properties, totaling more than 2.3 million nights and 580,000 check-ins. This has generated over £230 million in revenue for our hosts. Our OccuMax® pricing strategy has earned hosts over £112 million and can increase earnings by up to 56%. We maintain an average occupancy rate of 86.2% and operate in 35 cities across 12 countries. Listings typically go live in under 10 days. Your property is covered by Airbnb’s AirCover ($1M damage, $1M liability) and GuardHog insurance for other booking platforms.
