We’re looking for a Channel Operations Analyst to play a crucial role in managing and optimising our presence across third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. You’ll ensure our listings are top-notch, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and guests.

As part of the Channels team, you’ll combine your problem-solving and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail to manage listing quality, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail.
Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.
1–2 years’ experience in operations, listing management, or Data Analysis at a tech-enabled business (scaleup experience a plus).
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
SQL experience
Exposure to Looker (or similar)
High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
A proactive, solution oriented mindset, you enjoy figuring things out.
