We founded Hyperproof in 2018 to provide a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Our AI-powered platform streamlines compliance operations, helps manage risks, and builds trust with customers. It automates control mapping, removes duplicate work, and turns real-time risk data into useful insights.

We offer modules for Compliance, Risk, Audit, Trust, Third-Party Risk, and Governance. These tools help our customers achieve continuous compliance, understand their risk, streamline audits, automate trust centers, extend risk assurance to third parties, and centralize policy management.

We integrate with over 200 tools like ADP, SharePoint, Slack, Okta, ServiceNow, and Jira Software. Our platform includes a library of over 120 compliance frameworks. Companies like Motorola Solutions, Instacart, and 3M use our platform, and users report reducing duplicate controls by 66%.

Parental leave is 12 weeks, plus a year of free diapers and wipes through Honest. Employees receive a $500 home office stipend when hired, and we address additional home office needs as they come up. We also provide a $100 quarterly wellness stipend. To support work-life balance, Slack notifications automatically turn off after 5 PM in employees’ local time zones.
