We are a New York-based private and commercial bank, established in 1949. We are licensed by the State of New York and are a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

We operate from our Manhattan headquarters, with additional branches in Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York; Short Hills, New Jersey; downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, California; and Aventura, Florida. We also have representative offices in Latin America and Israel.

We specialize in U.S. Private Banking, International Private Banking, Commercial Banking, and Commercial Lending. Our services include managing complex construction loans for commercial, residential, and land development projects. We provide client services for both consumer and business accounts, handle portfolio management and underwriting for commercial real estate loans, and assist with account openings and transfers. We also support commercial real estate lending activities, including new business development and wealth management cross-sells. Additionally, our IDBAccess customer service guides clients through onboarding and offers technical support for treasury and online banking services.
