Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our Ignitis Polska team, where you’ll be responsible for daily sales support activities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Overseeing daily sales support processes and activites
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, preparing financial reports for management, and identifying trends and irregularities
- Analysing processes and proposing and implementing initiatives to optimise and automate (e.g. through IT tools) back office activities
- Organising work and assigning tasks, motivating, coaching and mentoring team members, as well as conducting performance reviews and identifying training needs
- Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of orders, quotations, enquiries and sales documentation management
- Ensuring high quality customer service, maintaining and updating customer databases in CRM systems
- Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth processes and a consistent customer experience
- Analysing and proposing improvements to existing procedures and tools, including the automation of repetitive tasks
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent (economy, engineering)
- At least several years of professional experience in finance, accounting or settlements, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership/coordinating position
- Knowledge of software used in energy markets
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Symfonia, Raks) and knowledge of tax regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under time pressure and resistance to stress
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Polish language – working proficiency, English language - communicative skills
