We are looking for a talented Banking Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT business analysis of loans management area.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including features, enhancements, and defects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing clarifications and supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Support effort estimation, scope definition, and release planning activities.
Validate delivered functionalities and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or any related field.
0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in IT post-graduation.
0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in the Banking Industry.
Understanding of software applications’ fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
