We are now looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical guidance of a medium sized team
Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices
Code reviews and ensuring code quality
Participation in technical design and architectural decisions
Support and mentoring of junior team members
Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams
Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning
Coordination of technical matters across different teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in software development with Java
Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Technical Lead of a small team
Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+)
Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures
Experience with REST APIs and relational databases
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Good knowledge of Git and modern software development practices
Very good command of English
Nice to Have:
Experience in the banking or financial sector
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
