We are looking for a SAP Administrator / Support Administrator, who will support the daily operations of SAP management and coordination with external partners and consultants. The role is suitable for candidates with basic technical knowledge and an interest in developing within the SAP field. Prior experience or basic knowledge of SAP will be considered an additional asset.
Key Responsibilities
Creation and management of users in SAP
Management of roles and access rights
Monitoring and management of Transport Requests
Coordination of actions and communication with SAP consultants and external partners
Participation in meetings to monitor issues and projects
Response and support for daily user support requests
Recording and monitoring of incidents and support requests
Collaboration with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
Basic knowledge of information systems or ERP environments
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with different teams and partners
Good knowledge of English
Desired Qualifications
Basic knowledge or experience in SAP
Familiarity with user administration or support processes
Knowledge of ticketing/support systems
