We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader (Full Stack Engineer) to strengthen our development team and play a key role in the design and implementation of modern digital applications.
Responsibilities
Define and design the architecture between Frontend and Backend systems
Lead and guide the development team (developers)
Design and implement applications based on microservices architecture
Participate in technical design and critical decision-making
Ensure code quality and adherence to best development practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements
5+ Years of experience
Strong experience in application development with Java (Spring Boot)
Solid knowledge of microservices patterns and distributed systems
Experience in frontend development with React (JavaScript)
Experience in REST APIs and system integration
Previous experience in a leadership or team coordination role
Understanding of architectural patterns and design principles (SOLID, Clean Architecture, etc.)
Experience with cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, OCI)
Knowledge of DevOps practices ( CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
