Job Description

About Imagen

Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of next year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.

About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Applications Analyst to partner with Imagen’s clinical teams to support radiologists nationwide by ensuring clinical applications are stable, well-configured, and optimized for efficient, high-quality patient care. This role centers on radiologist onboarding, workflow optimization, and ongoing application performance, requiring strong healthcare domain expertise, effective client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, service-oriented mindset that recognizes the direct impact of technology on radiologist satisfaction, customer confidence, and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support successful radiologist onboarding by acting as a subject matter expert for Imagen’s clinical applications, ensuring systems are configured, tested, optimized, and supported to enable efficient reading workflows from day one.
  • Partner with clinical teams to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance radiologist efficiency and reduce friction in daily operations
  • Train radiologists and clinical staff on application usage, best practices, and support processes to maximize uptime and productivity
  • Proactively monitor application health and stability, maintaining 99% system uptime and rapidly addressing emerging issues
  • Troubleshoot complex clinical application issues and drive issues to resolution in coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to stay informed on upgrades, enhancements, and opportunities for workflow optimization
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Level 1 support team members to ensure accurate, timely responses within defined SLAs
  • Participate as a member of the Level 2 support team, including participation in the on-call rotation, to support critical clinical operations
  • Flexibility to provide coverage outside of normal business hours as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with 4+ years supporting clinical or radiology systems in a production healthcare environment, consistently delivering high levels of customer and clinician satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces, including their impact on imaging workflows and downstream clinical systems
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end understanding of the full lifecycle of an imaging exam, including acquisition, routing, interpretation, reporting, communication, and archiving
  • Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including the roles of radiologists, technologists, support teams, and referring providers
  • Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing one or more of the following clinical applications in a live environment: eRAD PACS, 3M M*Modal Fluency, Studycast, Volpara (or equivalent systems)
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, clinical staff, operational leaders, and vendors
